Location: Orlando, FL


This position will serve as a Senior Talent Sourcing Recruiter supporting engineering and technology roles in a high volume environment. Ideal candidate will have either corporate or agency experience sourcing technical talent for mid to senior level roles. This position will partner with client facing recruiting staff and will be on point for locating, cultivating and attracting talent to open positions in the organization. Ideal candidate will have experience working in an applicant tracking system, contact relationship management system and external talent sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Google search and AIRS CIR techniques. Knowledge of OFCCP and EEO hiring laws and guidelines is desired but not mandatory.

Pay Up To: $48.50/hr

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, additional years of experience may serve in lieu of a degree.
  • 6+ years of high volume technical recruiting supporting an engineering or technical organization. Expert in Boolean search techniques and talent engagement.
  • 6-8 Years Technical Recruiting. Engaging technical talent against open technical roles in the organization
  • 6-8 Years Talent Sourcing. Locating hard to find technical talent for open roles in the organization
  • 6-8 Years MS Office.  High level of experience working with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint6-8 Years ATS, CRM tools. Experience working with applicant tracking systems, contact relationship management systems and other sourcing to

  • 0-3 Years Knowledge of OFCCP and EEO employment law
