Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability. Design for Testability and finally support development of Strategic Roadmaps that will support FEP as we move to digitize our environment, develop dashboards, data analytics, and Enterprise Roadmaps for agile, modular, open architecture in developing our NexGen Test Equipment. **** Please list security clearance status on top of the resume ***

Pay Up To: $120/hr

Mandatory Requirements:

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 20 years of professional experience; or 15 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
  
• 20 Years Plus experience in Electrical Engineering - Knowledge of Electro-Mechanical and Electro Optical Test Station Solutions (15 Years with related Masters)
  
• 20 Years Plus experience with Requirement development, analysis and mapping. (15 Years with related Masters)
  
  Desired:
  
• The desired candidate will be familiar with instrumentation and test hardware and software solutions with an emphasis on C, C++, National Instruments C for Visual Instrumentation, National Instruments Test Stand and Lab View. Experience with MATLAB a plus.
