He has over 30 years of experience in engineering, technology, business development, and management of technology activities. His experience includes serving as a USAF Officer at the Headquarters for Ballistic Missile Office and various engineering and program management positions, as well as corporate governance as Executive VP for three small to medium-sized technology companies. Tim has supported a diverse customer base, including NASA, DoD, USGS, USACE, Many Prime Contractors, Local Governments, Municipalities, and Commercial customers. Tim graduated with honors from Mississippi State University, earning his bachelor's degree in Engineering in 1984, and from William Cary College, earning his MBA in 1995.

As an experienced entrepreneur, Mrs. Pullen brings an abundance of business operations expertise to the PSCI family. Alissa is the bedrock of daily operations. Her leadership skills touch every aspect of day-to-day activities, including front office management, human resources, financials, accounting, contracts management, customer relations, and proposal generation, thus ensuring an efficient, effective, and professional office. She collaborates with the CEO and other team members to develop long-term strategies. Her role as president is multifaceted and central to the successful functioning of PSCI.
As the Executive VP of PSCI, Mr. Brogdon is responsible for supporting corporate governance, program management for Federal Government contracts, policy development, consulting for NASA contracts, and supporting PSCI’s strategic direction. Prior to PSCI, he was in the USAF for 10 years during which he served 4 tours in Iraq and special activities operation in Afghanistan. After these tours, he became a military instructor at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls, TX.
John was honorably and medically discharged from the military. He is the type of soldier that the Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) program was developed for. While he protected our country and sacrificed for our freedom, he developed leadership skills and the discipline to succeed. John holds degrees in Aerospace and Technology.

Johnny Hays is the Director of Technology Development for PSCI. As a retired Air Force Lt. Colonel, he has over 40 years of experience as a mathematician, scientific analyst, Director of Operational Resources, and Senior Program Manager. His Air Force career included developmental and follow-on test and evaluation, space systems mathematician, lead engineer, test director, weapon system assessment, as well as operational applications. His recent and relevant commercial program management experience for NOAA, USGS, and Navy bathymetry support includes contract management of a water resource lab by providing daily maintenance, calibration, testing, procedural documentation/user manuals, and warehousing of our nation’s ground and surface water monitoring equipment.
With more than 30 years of technical and managerial experience regarding engineering, calibration, testing, IT/database administration, lab management, logistics management, UAV development and applications, and Operations Research, Johnny has the ability to see complete systems and integrate effective
operations in current environments. Johnny graduated from Mississippi State University, earning his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics in 1975, and received his Master’s degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California in 1986.

Mr. Duncan is an Army veteran with over 40 years of GovCon service support as a highly skilled professional of business development. He possesses a diverse background in IT project management, quality systems, and cyber security compliance. Darrell holds many professional certifications which include:

Melvin Redmond is the Director of Engineering and Operations. He is responsible for the engineering and manufacturing talent. Prior to coming to PSCI, Melvin was the senior director for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. He has been in the Aerospace and Defense industry for almost 40 years.
Melvin brings a vast amount of knowledge and well-established background experience to his position. Prior to being named Director at Missiles and Fire Control, he was the Senior Manager for the Engineering Program Management department, along with being a Program Manager for an international commercial customer. He had over thirty years of work experience with Lockheed Martin. Melvin has been fortunate to work in three different business areas for Lockheed Martin. The knowledge and experience that he gained from serving in several different capacities gave him exceptional engineering skills to become an established, well-respected leader, manager, and mentor.
Melvin earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University and his Master of Science Degree from the University of New Orleans. Melvin completed all coursework and orals for his Doctorate of Philosophy in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering with an emphasis in Computational Engineering. Melvin is recognized as an outstanding leader with Lockheed Martin and other corporations. Melvin is a graduate of the Lockheed Martin Executive Development & Growth Enhancement Program (EDGE) and Leadership Executive Assessment & Development Program (LEAD). In addition to this, he is an advocate for advancing workers in underrepresented positions in the field of engineering and science. Currently, he serves on the Mechanical Engineering Advisory Board at Mississippi State University.

Isabella Hodge serves as a Project Manager at Professional Solutions International Company, LLC. She manages our contract identifying and providing top talent across the US to a major aerospace company. She leverages years of project management experience with recruitment and candidate screening, as well as serving as PSCI's administration back-up support. Committed to professionalism and collaboration, Isabella Hodge values building lasting partnerships and ensuring every placement reflects the highest standards of quality and integrity.


Jassy Smith is a dedicated Facility Security Officer (FSO) with experience supporting a non-processing facility since 2017. She specializes in maintaining compliance with security regulations, managing personnel security requirements, and ensuring the protection of classified information. With a strong focus on integrity and attention to detail, Jassy plays a key role in upholding security standards and supporting mission success.
PSCI has tremendous experience in providing Technical and Business Solutions associated with Federal Government contract activities.
