Location: Orlando, FL


Ideal candidate will have either corporate or agency experience sourcing technical talent for mid to senior level roles. This position will partner with client facing recruiting staff and will be on point for locating, cultivating and attracting talent to open positions in the organization. Ideal candidate will have experience working in an applicant tracking system, contact relationship management system and external talent sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Google search and AIRS CIR techniques. Knowledge of OFCCP and EEO hiring laws and guidelines is desired but not mandatory. “Preferred experience working with Dept. of Defense Clearance level candidates”.

  • US Citizen
  • 6-8 Years Experience Engaging technical talent against open technical roles in the organization
  • 6-8 Years Experience Locating hard to find technical talent for open roles in the organization
  • 6-8 Years Experience High level of experience working with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 6-8 Years Experience working with applicant tracking systems, contact relationship management systems and other sourcing tools
  • A Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or related field, additional years of experience may serve in lieu of a degree.
  • 6+ years of high volume technical recruiting supporting an engineering or technical organization.
  • Experience working with recruiting technology such as an enterprise wide applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management system or custom built candidate database.
  • Expert in Boolean search techniques and talent engagement.
