Location: Orlando, FL
Ideal candidate will have either corporate or agency experience sourcing technical talent for mid to senior level roles. This position will partner with client facing recruiting staff and will be on point for locating, cultivating and attracting talent to open positions in the organization. Ideal candidate will have experience working in an applicant tracking system, contact relationship management system and external talent sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Google search and AIRS CIR techniques. Knowledge of OFCCP and EEO hiring laws and guidelines is desired but not mandatory. “Preferred experience working with Dept. of Defense Clearance level candidates”.
